About the Role

As a Pharma Adviser, you’ll provide expert technical support to pharmacists and healthcare professionals in the German market. You'll respond to product-related inquiries and complaints via phone, email, chat, and social media—ensuring accurate information and excellent service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with pharmacists and healthcare professionals via phone, email, chat, and online platforms
• Provide clear and timely information about pharmaceutical products
• Handle inquiries and complaints with empathy and precision
• Accurately document interactions using internal systems
• Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality customer support

Your Profile

• At least 1 year of experience working in a German pharmacy (as PTA or comparable role)
• Native-level German (spoken and written)
• English at B2 level or higher
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical systems and terminology (e.g. Warenwirtschaftssystem, Pharmazentralnummer)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using digital tools for daily work
• Willingness to relocate and work in a shift-based environment
