Join Our Team as a Senior Project Manager

About this role

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of clinical trials within our Ophthalmology business area. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead multidisciplinary study teams and play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of clinical trial project delivery from start to finish
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Site Management, Data Management, Medical Writing, and more
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure milestones are met
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for collaboration and satisfaction
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep your projects running smoothly
• Oversee project-specific training and ensure team members are aligned and equipped for success
• Work closely with Finance to track project profitability and manage invoicing
• Support business development by contributing to bid defenses and capability presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent (RN diploma accepted)
• Extensive clinical research experience, ideally with project leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations, GCP, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational and time management capabilities
• Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
